One of our zucchini plants in the church garden yields albino zucchini. According to the internet, they are not all that rare but they are to us. They are really pretty, a creamy light green-another "wonder" to observe.
The leaves look better than the leaves in my garden ... I know you are doing organic, but are you putting anything on the leaves to try to keep away bugs? I've sprayed garlic juice on mine ... but mine are a lot more bug-eaten than yours appear in this pic. What's the secret?? (Beautiful pic, btw!)

How interesting! I've never heard of albino zucchini.
